Before commissioning or purchasing any other kind of art from me please read through the following completely!

General:

▲ I have the right to refuse any commission or sale for any reason

▲ Highly complex characters will have additional fees

▲ For multiple characters, base price will be multiplied by the total number of characters

▲ If you do not want any in-progress photos or completed works posted on my social media please let me know!

 

Payment:

▲ Payment will be done through Paypal, Zelle, or Square only and is required upfront

▲ Ceramics and figurines require a quote and a 50% down payment to reserve a slot

▲ Payment plans after the initial down-payment are accepted

▲ Complex design elements will increase the price

▲ Payment is in USD only, please keep that in mind if you are converting prices from other currency

References:

▲ Please provide a clear and simple reference of your character (s) without any shading if possible

▲ If you are unable to provide character references please try to be descriptive as possible in your commission notes

▲ Not required, but mood boards and pose ideas are always super helpful!

Process:

▲ Once commission form is submitted, I will respond with a if I will accept or reject the commission and provide a customized quote

▲ If the Commissioner would like to proceed, I will send a link for payment

▲ Once payment is received, the preliminary sketch period will begin

▲ I will reach out to the commissioner once the preliminary sketch is complete for any changes that may be requested

▲ Once the sketch is approved, I will move on to sculpting, painting, and glazing with progress sent for approval between each step (as well as before and after each firing for ceramics)

▲ All pieces will have a maker's mark stamped on the bottom

Due Dates:

▲ Ceramics will take 2-3 months depending on commission type and queue

▲ Figurines will take 2-3 months depending on customizations and queue

▲ If you have a specific date you'd like the artwork done by you must communicate that in the commission notes and may be subject to additional fees depending on timeframe

▲ All due dates are estimates and completion might be delayed due to outside circumstances or complexity - any and all delays will be communicated to the commissioner

Shipping:

▲ Some 3D pieces have the option to be shipped

▲ In order to ship, the following information will need to be provided:

• Shipping Address

• Zip Code

• Shipping Name

▲ Shipping prices are not included in the initial commission price

▲ Shipping quotes will be sent and must be paid before the piece is sent out

▲ While I will do my best to package everything to the best of my ability, shipping comes with the inherent risk of damage and by choosing to ship your piece you accept this risk

▲ I also offer at-con and local pickup

▲ For highly complex and delicate pieces only, I offer personal transport for additional fees - this is also the best option for very large pieces

Refunds:

▲ Refunds will depend on the stage of production

▲ If an order is cancelled before the preliminary sketch is complete, the commissioner will receive a full refund

▲ Please do not request a refund through Paypal chargeback, I will refund the money myself

▲ If an art piece is damaged in the process of being shipped, clear photos of the package and piece must be sent and refund amount will be directly discussed with the commissioner on a case-by-case basis

Rights:

▲ My art is under my copyright and I reserve full rights to all my work

▲ My art is not permitted for commercial use and can only be sold by me

▲ Reuploads/reposts must give full credit

▲ My art is not permitted to be used to train or generate AI images
